ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE

At Capital Guardian Youth ChalleNGe Academy, we believe that an effective education doesn’t just come from memorizing or lecturing. Active participation in the learning process entails analyzing, discussing and collaborating - in order to comprehend and retain. To enhance academic success, we provide smaller classroom sizes with12-15 students max.  Each student will be enrolled in 1 of the 2 academic paths; credit recovery or high school diploma via GED track.  CGYCA also provide introductions to trades  and certifications in partnership with Fresh Start Project D.C.
